I cut my teeth in the mid-80's in London's (UK) print & premedia space afte graduating from a 4year apprenticeship that included prepress, photography, press operation, digital scanning, retouching & more.  Although my family has ink in their veins, I chose to specialize in the emerging digital retouching field where news of my accomplishments reached NYC through a Kodak trade publication. In 1991 at age age 25, I accepted a job offer  in NYC to set-up and manage Duggal's electronic imaging department. Inside the first 18 months, I deployed new and innovative creative retouching processes that enabled us to quadruple the new division's revenue. In early 1993, I decided to build from this success by leaving Duggal to co-found a progressive, content creation and premedia studio which ran for a successful 7 years. Since 2000, I've architected and deployed numerous process improvement programs working with some of the world's most recognized fashion, beauty, luxury, and, more recently, financial brands. My contributions have delivered tens of millions of dollars in client spend savings & higher profit margins to past employers by deploying successful process optimization and change management programs.​

Fast forward to 2024 with an exciting career (so far) that's taken many twists and turns and I find myself coming full-circle, returning to roots and passion for helping people problem solve and identify opportunities for process optimization & product improvement. At smartflow, I'm able to leverage 35+ years of acquired experience & expertise to support new generations of creative production professionals drive to successful outcomes across our rapidly evolving media channels. ​​
